Privacy policy

At Perpetuum, relationships with our clients and employees are issues of the highest priority. We protect the privacy of our clients and employees and manage personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EC ("GDPR Regulation"). Our privacy policy means we manage personal data strictly in accordance with the principles of the Regulation.

Personal data:

According to the Regulation, personal data are all data relating to an individual whose identity has been determined or can be determined ("data subject"), and an individual or data subject, as the GDPR Regulation calls it, whose identity can be determined is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly.

Processing:

According to the Regulation, processing means - any procedure or set of procedures performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, either by automated or non-automated means such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, retrieval, performing insights, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, matching or combining, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Data collection:

Customer data is collected through web forms with different purposes - for example, subscription to an electronic newsletter, registration for seminars and business events, interest in online materials available for download, etc., as well as through personal contact with Perpetuum employees. Managing data is necessary so that users and clients can receive the requested service or information from Perpetuum, and they are collected based on the terms of use. We collect some data automatically - you can read more in the "Web cookies" section.

Purpose and insight:

Personal data is used exclusively for the previously stated purposes and may need to be available to third parties for data processing. Third parties are either trustworthy EU entities, or non-EU entities working in accordance with the GDPR Regulation, which Perpetuum hires to perform externalized functions, such as accounting, equipment hosting, communication with clients and for other purposes. In addition, based on legal obligations, personal data will be made available to representatives of competent legal bodies.

Web cookies:

The pages use web cookies. These are small pieces of code that the browser automatically executes, and are necessary for the adequate display of page content on all devices, and without them the use of the pages would not be possible. The information collected in this way does not contain personal data and serves to improve the functioning of the pages and improve the user experience of website visitors.

Storage and protection:

Personal data will be stored and processed within the legal term and protected by adequate security measures. Please note that no website is 100% secure and therefore we strive to fully protect visitor data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. In addition, no computer is 100% safe from hacking or unwanted downloads, and we recommend that clients use all available measures to secure their computer and browser.

Rights of respondents:

Respondents have the right to information, correction of personal data, their deletion and the right to object.

Information, correction, deletion - in order to exercise your right to information, correction of incorrect data or their deletion, please contact us by e-mail at privacy@perpetuum.eu. Your request will be resolved as soon as possible.

Right to complain - We occasionally send clients:

  • Newsletter with news from our business
  • Invitations to business events
  • Survey questionnaires

With each of these forms of communication, the option to unsubscribe is always included, and we guarantee clients who unsubscribe that we will not contact them again, unless they subsequently request it themselves.
